NameTrader.com is the domain name portfolio (”Domain Names For Sale” on top menu) and personal and professional blog of domain name entrepreneur, investor, and all-around expert Steve Jones. NameTrader has more or less become my moniker for my domain business and myself in the domain world. I own over 2,000 domains in total and have been in the domain game for over 5 years. I am amongst the tiny percentage of domain entrepreneurs that do it full-time as a career. I absolutely love what I do.

This site used to be merely my portfolio, but I have recently decided it needed more cowbell. So – it has become a blog as well. In reality, I thought of this because I have been more or less blogging on Twitter, and it’s just hard to keep my “posts” to 140 or less characters! When something is on my mind, I can practically write A Tale Of Two Cities on it. Hopefully this will be entertaining to most of you – it typically is to me!

I encourage you all to comment on my blog posts – I like hearing feedback whether it’s agreement or disagreement. Web 2.0 came about because the internet realized it just wasn’t as fun having a conversation with a wall, so please let yourselves be known and comment away. I have added a nifty plug-in that allows you to link to YOUR last blog post in your comment, so there’s even that benefit to it.

Overall, I want everyone to enjoy the site, maybe find out a thing or two about domains, me, what’s going on in the world, what happened to Hoffa, who the 2nd gunman on the grassy knoll was…
